I have one of our
engineers (not a PE) working on the CERS submittal this week. once we get that submitted, you guys will
be able to use the evaporator again, based on Lindsey’s discretion.

If you have accumulated enough hazardous waste, please ensure that you manage that appropriately
and get it shipped off once the tote is full.

I’m out on audits today and tomorrow, but I will set up a call with you guys to give more direction early
next week. I will get the return to compliance document submitted too. Lindsey is aware that we cannot
find an engineer to do the tank assessment and sent over some local firms who may be able to help.
Regardless we will be able to close everything else out, except for the tank assessment.

Thanks everyone.

Andrew

p.s. We checked with accounting yesterday after we spoke and found
that, since this is a brand new program for this facility which was created after all existing 2026 permit
invoices were issued, a 2026 invoice was not issued for Lamar for this program.
