4
<bkolsters@lamartoolanddie.com>
Subject: Re: PR0522736 - 4101 Arch Rd. - HMBP

Good afternoon San Joaquin EHD team,
I wanted to confirm that the HMBP and Waste RTC documents were received. Please let us know if we need to
send those to another contact.
I wanted to communicate with you about an issue we are having and why we have not submitted the PBR
Violations. Our initial PE withdrew their proposal after we provided the scope of work required to complete the
tank assessment under 22 CCR §66265.192. We have reached out to a handful of other engineers, all of whom say
they cannot help but refer us to someone who can.
I wanted to ask you for guidance on this effort.
First, do you have any reputable firms we can retain to complete this assessment?
Next, we cannot provide an accurate completion date on the RTC document because we do not know when we
can retain an engineer to complete the work. Do you have any qualms with us placing the RTC date for this
sometime in May?
Lastly, we are managing evaporator waste appropriately and placing it in totes until we complete the required
permitting and assessments for the evaporator.
Feel free to give me a call if you have any questions.
Andrew Guglielmo, QISP, QSP/D, CPSWQ
Senior Project Manager

Global Strategic Advisors
Sustainability / EHS / Engineering Solutions
+1 (805) 423-6826 (cell)
+1 (916) 926-6169 (Sacramento Office)
+1 (800) 508-8034
aguglielmo@keramida.com
www.keramida.com
WBE-Certified Company

Book time to meet with
me

Intended only for those addressed above, this message and all its attachments may include information which is privileged and confidential.
