The County has requested proof that the City <br /> maintains adequate fund balances to pay For closure costs related to the onslte hazardous <br /> waste treatment and disposal should that event occur- The City has solicited quotes for this <br /> service of removal and disposal of the filter press and associated piping and determined that <br /> 15,000 would adequately cover the closure costs.
