Frequency <br /> As of the writing of this plan, the LAWTF has been offline for an extended period of <br /> time due to maintenance. An "initial" sample will be collected after the treatment <br /> plant is brought back online and sludge processing resumes normal operation. This <br /> is anticipated to occur sometime in 2026. Samples will then be taken once every five <br /> (5) years to keep information up-to-date and confirm the accuracy of the filter cake <br /> profile. Additional samples will be collected if significant process changes occur. <br /> d. Analysis <br /> Samples will be analyzed by Fruit-Growers' Laboratory(FGL), or their approved sub- <br /> contract laboratory. All laboratories must be ELAP accredited or equivalent. FGLwill <br /> ensure that samples are received and shipped to anysub-contract laboratory within <br /> the approved hold times. <br /> All samples will be analyzed by EPAmethod 6010B/7470 apart from Mercury which <br /> will be analyzed by EPA method 7471/7471A. Hold times forsolid samples are 28 <br /> days, no preservation. <br /> 4 <br />
