Observed <br />the prep cooler at 48 F. Did not observe cross contamination. Minor violation issued. Operator will service cooler and provide <br />documentation of correction to EHD. The facility has blocked off the sunlight and has a large fan in front of the facility . No major <br />violations. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
