COMPLAINANT <br />STATES THAT 5 HRS AFTER COMING HOME FROM THE FACILITY SHE BEGAN SUFFERING FROM VOMITING, <br />DIARRHEA, STOMACH CRAMPS, AND 102 DEGREE FEVER THAT LASTED OVER 24 HRS. COMPLAINANT STATES <br />THEY DID NOT SEE A DOCTOR. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code section(s) 116043, 116040, & <br />116050. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />Complaint inspection. <br />Person in charge is not aware of the complaint <br />During My inspection, I checked the pH and free chlorine for all pools. <br />Outdoor pool closed. <br />Indoor children pool: pH 7.4 Free Chlorine 4.2 ppm <br />UV system on 12/17/23 log : 66 Mega Joule. ( Mini of 60 Mega Joule required) <br />Indoor Play Structure: pH 8 and corrected to 7.6/ Free Chlorine 3.6 ppm <br />UV system on 12/17/23 log :72 Mega Joule <br />Indoor Slide Complex: pH 7.6 Free Chlorine 3.4 ppm <br />UV system on 12/17/23 log : 61 Mega Joule <br />Indoor Activity Pool: pH 7.2 / Free Chlorine 2.4 ppm <br />UV system on 12/17/23 log : 65 Mega Joule <br />Indoor Wave Pool: pH 7.6 Free Chlorine 1.8 ppm <br />UV system on 12/17/23 log : 66 Mega Joule <br />Indoor Lazy River: pH 7.2 Free Chlorine 3.8 ppm <br />UV system on 12/17/23 log : 66 Mega Joule <br /> Logs are maintained for all pools.
