This sink is not approved. Provide approved NSF 3 comp sink with 2 <br />drain boards to wash utensils. <br />* Prep sink of 1 compartment and 1 drain board to be installed. <br />* Mop sink to be installed in the rest room. <br />* Hand sink with splash guard to be installed. <br />All sinks to be NSF. <br />* A grease trap to be installed under 3 comp sink after the approval of the building department. <br />* Front counter station has missing coved base at one of the walls and at the front counter cabinet. Provide coved base before <br />operating. <br />* Ceiling panels at the back of the house, are showing some gaps. Seal gaps before operating. <br />* All coolers to have 41F or below and hot hold units to be provided with 135F or more. <br />* Walls at the front and back of the house , have holes. Seal holes before operating. <br />FINAL CONSULTATION INSPECTION IS REQUIRED. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
