COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Name of Facility: Date: 05/20/2025 <br />Address: 0 HARDING , STOCKTON <br />Owner/Operator: Telephone: () - <br />Program Element: 1600 - Complaint #: CO2500301 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />COMPLAINANT STATES THAT THE EMPLOYEE OR OWNER OF THE MBOILE FOOD FACILITY THAT PARKS IN THE <br />PARKING LOT OF THE FAMILY DOLLAR WAS USING RAID INSIDE THE VEHICLE. THE LOCATION IS AT THE <br />NORTH-WEST CORNER OF HARDING WAY AND LICOLN ST. STOCKTON. WHEN THE COMPLAINANT ASKED WHY <br />THEY WERE SPRAYING, THEY TOLD HIM IT WAS FOR COCKROACHES. COMPLAINANT ALSO STATED THAT THERE IS <br />NO RESTROOM AVAILABLE FOR THE FOOD TRUCK. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />Complaint inspection. No major violations. No re-inspection. <br />Did not observe any Raid or other pest control sprays at the time of the inspection. Did not observe any cockroaches or <br />evidence of cockroaches at the time of the inspection. Per owner and employees on truck, the restrooms in Mex Tamales and <br />the Family Dollar store are used if needed. <br />Ensure the following: <br />-Only food grade safe pest control chemicals are used inside the food truck <br />-Maintain the food truck pest free <br />-Ensure restrooms are available at all times for staff on trucks <br />Official inspection report was emailed to operator . <br />To minimize person-to-person contact, the signature of the person receiving the inspection report was not captured. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
