All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate <br />closure of the food facility. <br />#6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible <br />OBSERVATIONS: The sensor for the hand wash sink in the kitchen area is not working. Repair the sensor to properly turn on <br />the water before opening. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br />maintained in good repair. (113953, 113953.1, 114067(f)) <br />#45 Floors, Walls, Ceilings; Clean and Maintained <br />OBSERVATIONS: There is a small gap between the floor and coving in the walk in refrigerator. Apply some caulking to seal this <br />gap. <br />The floor in the bathroom near the coving is not cleanable. Apply grout in this area so the floor can be easily cleanable. <br />The wall near the handwash sink has a gap around some pipes. Seal this gap before opening. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls / ceilings shall have durable, smooth, nonabsorbent, light-colored, and washable surfaces. All <br />floor surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is <br />easily cleanable. Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas, except customer service areas and where food is stored in <br />original unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.
