Re-inspection required prior to permit issuance. <br />Official inspection report was emailed to operator . <br />To minimize person-to-person contact, the signature of the person receiving the inspection report was not captured. <br />NOTES: <br />-All manufactured and custom-made food service equipment must be certified for sanitation by an American National Standards <br />Institute (ANSI) accredited certification program. All proposed equipment is subject to EHD approval [CRFC §114130]. <br />-If a walk-up window is installed in the future: Food service pass-through window openings shall be equipped with a self-closing <br />screen or window, or an automatic switch-activated air curtain. Service openings shall be limited to 216 square inches or 432 <br />square inches with an air curtain [CRFC §114259.2]. <br />-A wooden base was observed in the front service area . Replace baseboard behind the counter area with a slim foot tile with a <br />three-eighths (3/8) inch minimum radius coving and shall extend up the wall at least four (4) inches. Rubber or vinyl top set base <br />is not permitted in these areas [CRFC §114268]. <br />-Provide durable shelving which holds foods a minimum of six (6) inches above the floor with finishes that are nonabsorbent, <br />smooth and cleanable [CRFC §114047]. <br />-Behind the front counter: Provide a complete hand washing station, with hot and cold water supplies, wall mounted fully <br />enclosed single service hand towel dispenser, wall mounted liquid or powder hand soap dispenser, immediately accessible from <br />the food preparation area [CRFC §113953 and .§113953.2]. <br />-Hot water shall be supplied at a minimum temperature of at least 120°F measured from the faucet. The water heater shall have <br />a minimum rating of 53.6 GPH, 35,376 BTU, 8.01 KW or 5.0 GPM [CRFC §114192]. <br />-Approval must be gained through California Department of Food and Agriculture Milk and Dairy Safety Branch for the use of a <br />soft serve machine.
