Non-compliance may warrant immediate <br />closure of the food facility. <br />#21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available <br />OBSERVATIONS: The water temperature at the hand sinks inside the restrooms did not reach 100 F. Both hand sinks took <br />longer than seven minutes to reach the final temperature. The hand sink in the left restroom reached 97 F then decreased to 76 <br />F and remained at that temperature. Adjust the water temperature to each hand sink to maintain 100 - 108 F as they have <br />nonadjustable faucets.
