All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate <br />closure of the food facility. <br />#21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available <br />OBSERVATIONS: The water temperature at the hand sinks inside the restrooms did not reach 100 F. Both hand sinks took <br />longer than seven minutes to reach the final temperature. The hand sink in the left restroom reached 97 F then decreased to 76 <br />F and remained at that temperature. Adjust the water temperature to each hand sink to maintain 100 - 108 F as they have <br />nonadjustable faucets. Correct today. <br />Provide proof of correction to 209-561-8923. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: An adequate, protected, pressurized, potable supply of hot water and cold water shall be provided at all <br />times. (113953(c), 114099.2(b) 114101(a), 114189, 114192, 114192.1, 114195) <br />#35 Equipment/Utensils Approved and in Good Repair <br />OBSERVATIONS: The hand sink in the right restroom is coming loose and observed with cracked sealant. Secure the hand <br />sink and reseal using silicone or other commercial food safe sealant.
