COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Name of Facility: YONGS BAR & GRILL Date: 09/19/2025 <br />Address: 4479 S WHISKEY SLOUGH , STOCKTON 95234 <br />Owner/Operator: SIMAS, YONG Telephone: () - <br />Program Element: 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: CO2500488 <br />Responsible Party Contact: DISCUSSED W/ YONG SIMAS <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />(C) STATES THERE ARE COPIOUS AMOUNTS OF RODENT DROPPINGS ALL OVER THE WHOLE FACILITY, ALONG <br />WITH CONCERN ABOUT THE ENTIRE CLEANLINESS OF THE FACILITY. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; 113700. <br />All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health and have the <br />potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of the food facility. <br /> #23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility <br />OBSERVATIONS: Dried rodent droppings remain on the floor in the bar and under the janitorial sink. Clean up remaining rodent <br />droppings and sanitize affected areas . Monitor areas for new activity and increase pest control measures as needed. Patch the concrete outside of the main entrance door so the gap is <br />eliminated.
