ORDERED A GLASS OF WATER, AND THERE WAS <br />GLASS IN IT. PLEASE CONTACT (C) FOR PICTURES. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />Complaint inspection. No major violations. No re-inspection. <br />Manager unaware of complaint. Water glasses are stored next to the drink dispenser in the kitchen . Water glasses are stored <br />upside down. No broken glasses observed. Ice is scooped with a plastic scoop from the ice bin below the soda dispenser. No <br />sources of contamination observed in ice bin. Water is dispensed from the soda dispenser and then served to the customer . <br />Ensure beverages and food are free of foreign objects. <br />Official inspection report was emailed to operator . <br />To minimize person-to-person contact, the signature of the person receiving the inspection report was not captured. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
