COMPLAINATN STATES THEY <br />SAW IT OUT DURING THE DAY, UNDER THE SINK, AND THAT IT WAS FLIPPED ON ITS BACK. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />Manager is on site and is not aware of the complaint. Per manager, the facility is serviced monthly by Ecolab. <br />Observed service reports from Ecolab dated 8-4-25, 7-7-25 & 6-2-25. <br />The most recent service report notes "no findings." <br />Upon inspection this date, no cockroaches were observed in the facility. The routine inspection of the facility was conducted <br />concurrently. <br />No major violations identified. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
