COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />Complaint inspection - No evidence of rodents observed <br />Management is aware of the complaint <br />Pest control has been increased to 3 x per week <br />Traps have been set at numerous areas around the store <br />Management stated that they have caught 6 rats so far <br />Management stated that the floor is being cleaned every hour <br />The rear doors are being left open for deliveries <br />There is an air curtain for the insects <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
