(C) SAW RATS <br />CRAWLING ON THE TRUCK AND IS CONCERNED FOR THE HEALTH & SAFETY OF ANYONE THAT EATS THERE. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />Complaint inspection. No major violations. No re-inspection. <br />Did not observe any rats or evidence of rats during the inspection. Per owner, rats do come out from under the ice machine building <br />at night time. <br />Ensure that there are no entrances for vermin to the food truck. Keep windows and door closed or install screens on windows. <br />Service window screen was observed broken off . Replace service window screen. <br />Official inspection report was emailed to operator . <br />To minimize person-to-person contact, the signature of the person receiving the inspection report was not captured. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
