COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Name of Facility: SAVE MART #94 Date: 09/22/2025 <br />Address: 15240 S HARLAN , LATHROP 95330 <br />Owner/Operator: SAVE MART SUPERMARKETS LLC Telephone: (209) 577-1600 <br />Program Element: 1600 - Complaint #: CO2500569 <br />Responsible Party Contact: DISCUSSED W/ ZEKE LOZANO <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />COMPLAINANT STATES THEY WENT TO THE FACILITY AND SAW THAT A FEW OF THE BABY PRODUCTS, <br />SPECIFICALLY THE SHELF STABLE YOGURT, IS EXPIRED BY 6 MONTHS. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />Store Manager is on site and is not aware of the complaint. Per Store Manager, the prices of baby food (and infant formula) are <br />marked down 90-120 days prior to the best by date (use by date on infant formula). Dates are checked weekly by employees and <br />FIFO is practiced (first in first out). <br />At the time of the inspection, baby food on the shelf (spot check) is observed to have a best by date of February 2026. There is no <br />marked down baby food or infant formula at the time of the inspection. <br />No major violations identified this date. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
