COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />Complaint inspection. Joint inspection with SJC Sheriffs , City of Stockton MUD, and SJC Code Enforcement. Arrived on site and <br />met with workers. Discussed reason of site visit with worker. Worker was unable to provide any type of permit . Generated notice to <br />abate for illegal food sales. Food booth is lacking a SJC EHD food permit. Food booth is lacking a proper hand washing station. <br />Food booth is lacking a ware washing station while working with raw meats. Food booth is lacking a wastewater tank to collect <br />wastewater from cleaning utensils. Food booth is lacking mechanical refrigeration for Potentially Hazardous Foods (PHFs.) <br />Observed ice water run off from ice chest directly onto ground . Observed grease staining on storm drain and in drainage ditch behind <br />booth set up. Discussed with workers that their boss needs to contact SJC EHD for more information on how to obtain a SJC food <br />permit and that all food sales shall stop immediately. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
