COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />Complaint investigation at Stockton Collegiate International. Discussed complaint with the kitchen lead who granted access for the <br />complaint. Did not observe any instance of mold on food, food contact surfaces, or equipment. The school receives prepared meals <br />from Lunchmasters. <br />No major violations identified. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
