COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Name of Facility: MARINA MARKETPLACE Date: 09/24/2025 <br />Address: 3201 W BENJAMIN HOLT , STOCKTON 95219 <br />Owner/Operator: TOY ENTERPRISES INC Telephone: (209) 955-0380 <br />Program Element: 1600 - Complaint #: CO2500587 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />ON 9/23/25 AT AROUND 5:30PM, (C) PICKED UP A PRE-PACKAGED CRAB & SHRIMP LOUIE FROM THE <br />REFRIGERATOR AND ATE IT RIGHT AWAY. ABOUT 5-6 HOURS LATER, (C) STARTED HAVING DIARRHEA AND WAS IN <br />THE BATHROOM FOR ABOUT AN HOUR. ON 9/24/25, AROUND 6:30AM, (C) HAD DIARRHEA AGAIN FOR A COUPLE <br />HOURS AND IS NOW FEELING TIRED & LIGHT-HEADED. (C) CALLED THE DOCTOR, WHO GAVE HER ADVICE ON HOW <br />TO TREAT THE SYMPTOMS. (C)'S HUSBAND DID NOT HAVE ANY OF THE FOOD AND HE FEELS FINE. <br />*(C) WOULD LIKE A CALL BACK FROM INSPECTOR* <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />Complaint inspection. No major violations. No re-inspection. <br />Manager unaware of complaint. No other similar complaints received. No employees reported sick. Hand washing station was <br />complete with warm & cold water, soap & paper towels. Employees wear gloves when preparing food. The crab & shrimp Louie <br />salad is received pre-made and is stored inside the walk-in cooler. The salad is then transferred to a bowl inside the deli display <br />cooler. Once the salad in the bowl is getting low it is separated into containers and placed in the open display cooler for purchase. <br />All cooler temperatures were in compliance at the time of the inspection. None of the use by dates were past due. No sources of <br />cross contamination observed during the inspection. Quat sanitizer was available and dispenser was in good working order at the <br />time of the inspection. Current food manager certification available. <br />Official inspection report was emailed to operator . <br />To minimize person-to-person contact, the signature of the person receiving the inspection report was not captured. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
