Walked through facility and visually inspected facility . Discussed observations with <br />management. No major issues observed during walk through. Final touch ups and cleaning remain. Contact inspector for final <br />inspection. <br />Ensure the following items are ready for final inspection: <br />Hot water 120 F minimum at 3 comp sink, prep sinks, and mop sink <br />Warm water 100 F minimum (108 F maximum at nonadjustable hand sinks) <br />Refrigerators - 41 F or below <br />Hand soap dispensers and paper towel dispensers at hand wash stations <br />Hand washing signs at hand wash stations <br />Ensure all refrigerators and freezers are ON for final inspection. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
