The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HMBP violations that have not been <br />addressed for SAI GAS AND FOOD as of June 26, 2025. <br />Open violations from April 29, 2025 inspection <br />Violation #10 - 1010004 -Complete and accurate Hazardous Materials Inventory information electronically <br />submitted. <br />OBSERVATION: The Hazardous Materials Inventory forms for the following chemicals were not complete. <br />- both Gasolines list the largest container is 10,000 -gal but the 87 grade gasoline is 12,000 -gal and the 91 grade <br />gasoline is 10,000 -gal <br />- both Gasolines and Diesel show the storage temperature is > ambient but is at stored at ambient temperature <br />- both Gasolines and Diesel show the storage pressure is < ambient but is at stored at ambient pressure <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE :The Hazardous materials inventory information must be current and submitted as part of <br />the business plan. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (GFRs) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />❑ This violation was corrected <br />❑ Supporting documents included <br />❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />Violation #11 -1010005 -Site Map with all required content electronically submitted. <br />OBSERVATION: The site map is inaccurate. The following are inaccurate on the site map: <br />- location of hazardous waste storage <br />- location of spill kit <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: site map that contains north orientation, adjacent streets, access and exit points, <br />evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, emergency response equipment, and, if <br />present, loading areas, internal roads, storm and sewer drains, and emergency shutoffs, as well as additional map <br />requirements the governing body of the unified program agency finds necessary. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Report <br />ing System (GFRs) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />❑ This violation was corrected <br />❑ Supporting documents included <br />❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
