The 2025 CERS submittal was late, submitted on <br /> 3/3/2025. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year <br /> and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated <br /> information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is(Minor)Violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by September 28, 2025. <br /> The CO2 tank within the restaurant was only 50 lbs. The Manager Andrea Brie stated another CO2 tank is on the <br /> roof. She believes it is for 850 lbs.
