OBSERVATION:The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)annually by the due date, January 15. CERS submittals for the last 3 years were submitted late: - 1/17/2025 - 1/25/2025 -8/15/2025 REGULATION GUIDANCE:The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. This is(Minor)Violation. 14 CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(4) 1020002-Provided initial and annual training and maintained training records for a minimum of three years. OBSERVATION:Training records for the last 3 years were not on site. REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business plan shall include provisions for ensuring that appropriate personnel receive initial and annual refresher training.All employees shall be trained in safety procedures in the event of a release or threatened release of a hazardous material, including, but not limited to,familiarity with the following plans and procedures: (A) Immediate notification contacts to the appropriate local emergency response personnel and to the unified program agency. (B)Procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to persons, property, or the environment. (C)Evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice,for the business site. This training shall be documented electronically or by hard copy and shall be made available for a minimum of three years.
