The largest container reported to CERS is 55-gallons and the maximum daily amount reported to CERS is 220 gallons. -The location listed for the diesel exhaust fluid is inaccurate -Effluent Care 4384 listed on the chemical inventory is no longer stored on site REGULATION GUIDANCE :The Hazardous materials inventory information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. This is a Repeat(Class 2)Violation. 11 CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(2) 1010005- Site Map with all required content electronically submitted OBSERVATION: The site map is inaccurate. -Drum location labels in C1 chemical storage area are outdated. Drums were not observed in this area during the inspection. -Safety glasses dispensers location labels are missing from the map. -Multiple fire extinguishers location labels were missing from the map or their locations were inaccurate. -Several spill kits were not observed in their labeled locations on the map. -The maintenance equipment storage cage is not labeled on the map. -The retail storage room is not labeled on the map. -Storm drain location labels are inaccurate. -The trash compactor has been relocated and its location label on the map is outdated. -Universal waste storage location labels are missing from the map. -Location labels for the roll up doors are missing from the map. -No map was submitted of the second floor. -The PPE cage in the wastewater treatment area is missing from the map. REGULATION GUIDANCE: Site map requires the following elements - north orientation, adjacent streets, access and exit points, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, emergency response equipment, and, if present, loading areas, internal roads, storm and sewer drains, and emergency shutoffs, as well as additional map requirements the governing body of the unified program agency finds necessary.
