Yet, the 6/3/2025 CERS submittal <br />indicated "No" to the Business Activities question asking if the facility has a total of 1,320 gallons or more of <br />petroleum on site in an aboveground petroleum storage tank or containers. Additionally, the Hazardous Materials <br />Inventory from 6/3/2025 indicates that there is approximately 2,740 gallons of petroleum (880 gallons of lubricating <br />oils, 750 gallons of hydraulic oil, 240 gallons of Gasoline, 110 gallons of waste oil and 1,000 gallons of Diesel). <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: This information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: The Business Activities page was updated and now indicates "Yes" to the Aboveground <br />Petroleum Storage Act question , based on the 6/5/2025 CERS submittal. <br />This was corrected on site. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br /> 9 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(1) 1010004 - Complete and accurate Hazardous Materials Inventory information <br />electronically submitted. <br />OBSERVATION: The Hazardous Materials Inventory forms for PROPANE is not current . <br /> <br />- Approximately 555 gallons of PROPANE was seen at time of inspection .
