OBSERVATION:The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)annually by the due date, January 15. -The 2025 business plan submittal was late on 1/16/2025 -The 2024 business plan submittal was on time on 12/29/2023 -The 2023 business plan submittal was late on 2/9/2023 REGULATION GUIDANCE:The hazardous materials business plan shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure business plans are submitted into CERS annually by January 15(can be submitted as early as November 1). To make CERS submittals: log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. 10 CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(1) 1010004-Complete and accurate Hazardous Materials Inventory information electronically submitted. 1)OBSERVATION:The Hazardous Materials Inventory forms for the following chemicals were not complete. -motor oil did not have days on site, storage pressure, storage temperature -waste oily solids did not have storage pressure, storage temperate -waste antifreeze did not have storage pressure or temperature - DEF maximum daily and largest container amounts were inaccurate -largest container for hydraulic oil was inaccurate REGULATION GUIDANCE :The Hazardous materials inventory information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:This was corrected on site.
