The business plan was submitted late for 2025 on <br />2/27/25 and 2/28/24 for 2024. There was no submittal for 2023. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year <br />and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated <br />information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br /> 4 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(2) 1010005 - Site Map with all required content electronically submitted. <br />OBSERVATION: The site map is incomplete. The evacuation staging area and emergency shut off were not observed <br />on site map. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Site map that contains north orientation, adjacent streets, access and exit points, <br />evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, emergency response equipment, and, if <br />present, loading areas, internal roads, storm and sewer drains, and emergency shutoffs , as well as additional map <br />requirements the governing body of the unified program agency finds necessary. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: This was corrected on-site <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br /> 11 <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Routine HMBP Inspection <br />Conducted a Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) inspection.
