The business plan was submitted late on 1/18/2023 for the year of 2023. The business plan was submitted late on 1/29/2024 for the year of 2024. The business plan was submitted on time for the year of 2025. This violation has been corrected. REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Submit a statement to SJC EHD stating that the business will annually certify/submit the annual HMBP to CERS by January 15. The map needs a key or legend to define acronym or symbols. Add a key or legend to define FE on the site map. Update the site map and make new submittal in CERS.
