2. Code of Fed Regulations 112.7(a)(3), 25270.4.5(a)4010015 - SPCC contains an <br /> adequate facility diagram. <br /> OBSERVATION: The Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan <br /> failed to include an adequate facility diagram. The facility diagram in Appendix C did <br /> not indicate the capacity of each fixed oil storage container/tank. <br /> a. Response: Diagram has been updated to include volumes.Attached via <br /> email. <br /> 3. Code of Fed Regulations 112.7(a)(3vi), 112.7(a4)4010017- SPCC contains <br /> procedures for reporting a discharge. OBSERVATION: The Spill Prevention, Control, <br /> and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan does not adequately discuss procedures for <br /> reporting a discharge. The Discharge Response Section Emergency Contacts list did <br /> not list the phone number of the local agency. <br /> a. Response: Emergency Contact List has been updated.Attached via <br /> email. <br /> 4. Code of Fed Regulations 112.8(c)(10)4030021 -Visible discharges promptly <br /> corrected and any accumulation of oil in diked areas promptly removed. <br /> OBSERVATION: The facility failed to promptly correct visible discharges of oil from <br /> the 300 gallon tank of motor oil inside the shop along the west wall.There was a <br /> puddle underneath the tank and confirmed to be oil by the shop manager. <br /> a.
