No major violations. No re-inspection. <br /> Manager unaware of complaint. No other complaints received. Neither restroom had an "out of order"sign during the <br /> inspection. Per manager,the restroom is always available for use for paying customers. The men's restroom was inaccessible <br /> at the time of the inspection due to the keypad possibly needing new batteries. Male employees will be able to use the <br /> women's restroom as a unisex restroom until the men's restroom is accessible. No male employees on site at the time of the <br /> inspection. <br /> No violations observed in regards to the beef burrito. All temperatures were in compliance in the freezer, coolers and hot <br /> holding. Hand washing stations were complete. A probe thermometer was available. Sanitizer was available and sanitizer <br /> buckets were set up.
