(C) HAS PICTURES. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; 113700. <br /> All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Discussed the nature of the complaint with the employees.They were not aware of the complaint and <br /> consented to the inspection. One of the employees stated that a tree/shrub was cut down outside near the site of operation that <br /> resulted in a cockroach issue. Employees spray the area outside to keep the cockroaches from entering the food truck. No live or <br /> dead cockroaches were observed within the facility during the inspection.
