Landfill gas well 106 measured today. Second well was not measured due to low battery <br />on instrument. 0.0% methane was found in all probes. See attached log with complete <br />information. <br /> <br />9. Daily occurrences log, daily tons, daily vehicle counts, training record and load check <br />record documents were reviewed and are up to date. <br /> <br />10. Clear and adequate signage on the approaching road and at the landfill. <br /> <br />11. Covered surfaces of the disposal area are graded to promote lateral runoff of precipitation <br />and to prevent significant ponding. <br /> <br />12. Facility had adequate lighting at the active face for the dark morning hour when the site <br />was opening. <br /> <br />13. Litter Area of Concern from last month is resolved. <br /> <br />14. Reviewed first quarter landfill gas perimeter well, structure and interior well <br />measurements. All wells were tested and the maximum methane found was 0.3%. <br /> <br />15.
