COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT Name of Facility: FRESH HOT BREAD ALL DAY Date: 12/30/2025 Address: 2233 GRAND CANAL, STOCKTON 95207 Owner/Operator: NICHOLAS AMBRIZ Telephone: (209)981-9610 Program Element: 1600- Complaint#: CO2500789 Responsible Party Contact: DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: (C) UNSANITARY AND UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT BY EMPLOYEES AT THE FACILITY. CLAIMS THAT EMPLOYEES ARE SMOKING MARIJUANA IN AND AROUND THE FACILITY DURING WORKING HOURS, CAUSING THE RESTAURANT TO SMELL. OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS Complaint inspection. No major violations. No re-inspection. Per manager, complaint was from an employee who was fired and nobody smokes at the facility. Did not observed any employees smoking outside the facility or evidence of smoking outside the facility. Facility did not smell like smoke at the time of the inspection. Ensure the following: -Employees may smoke outside at least 20 feet from the entrances -Ensure employees wash hands when returning to work after smoking. Official inspection report was emailed to operator. To minimize person-to-person contact,the signature of the person receiving the inspection report was not captured. The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and Safety Code.If a reinspection is required,fees will be assessed at the current hourly rate.
