APPLICABILITY OF THIS HASP <br /> This HASP was prepared in accordance with Geosyntec Consultants' H&S Procedures for use by <br /> Geosyntec project staff and subcontractors. Subcontractors, at a minimum, shall ensure that their <br /> employees, and those of its lower tier subcontractors, comply with these procedures and other <br /> health, safety and security provisions in the Subcontract. Compliance with this HASP shall <br /> represent the minimum requirements to be met by subcontractors, who shall be responsible for <br /> examining all requirements and determining whether additional or more stringent health, safety <br /> and security provisions are appropriate for their portion of the work and implementing them <br /> accordingly. Therefore, for firms executing all or any portion of the work, this document and its <br /> contents should not be used without a thorough peer review by their health and safety <br /> managers. Prior to commencing work, such firms are responsible for reviewing and <br /> supplementing the HASP to add appropriate procedures specific to their portion of the work. <br /> 4. SITE/TASK/HAZARD DESCRIPTION <br /> 4.1 Site Background <br /> The following is a brief description of the site, including information as to the location, <br /> approximate size, previous usage, and current usage.
