Most of my comments have been addressed; however,a few unresolved comments remain. Most of the remaining issues will not affect the scope of the field work; however, I would like to review the requested table(Comment 35)and the revised figure (Comment 36) before you go out into the field. During my review, I accepted the tracked changes in the RLSO version that adequately addressed my comments. I added some additional comments and tracked changes(mostly minor)to the document. Please incorporate these comments and edits into the next version prior to finalizing the document.Also,and as stated in my response, please incorporate my comments from the QAPP Addendum 1 and the forthcoming comments from OEHHA before finalizing the QAPP. Ideally, I prefer to have an approved QAPP before going into the field, but in this instance, I don't think it is necessary, assuming I will receive and approve the requested table and figure. Lastly, I have been very accommodating to the tight schedule over the last few months,and I have provided responses even before the actual due date, including this response.Generally, I try to prioritize work plans and field schedules for all my projects, and I am happy to do so. However, I don't want to set a precedence that this will always be the case.Typically, review times are 60 days for primary documents,such as QAPPs,and 40 days for all other reports,including RTCs.
