The water levels in all wells were below the maximum San
Joaquin River stage' at the time of the Spring 2023 monitoring event. In northern Mossdale,
inferred groundwater flow is away from the San Joaquin River towards well MWM-23 (Figure 3),
which is like inferred flow directions in previous monitoring events. In central Mossdale, inferred
groundwater flow is generally towards an area of low groundwater elevation near wells MWM-
17 and MWM-11 (Figure 3) and is generally consistent with the inferred groundwater flow
direction in most previous monitoring events. In southern Mossdale, inferred groundwater flow
is generally to the east away from the river and is consistent with previous monitoring events
(Figure 3).
9 San Joaquin River stage data recorded at the Mossdale Bridge(MSD)between 3/24/2023 through 4/5/2023 ranged
from 19.39 to 20.48 feet above mean sea level and averaged 20.06 feet above mean sea level.
https://cdec.water.ca.gov/dynamicapp/selectQuery?Stations=MSD&SensorNums=1&dur code=E&End=2023-4-
7&span=350hours
City of Lathrop 9 13 July 2023
EKI B90088.03
