Appendix F <br /> Well Head Protection Improvements Plan <br /> City of Lathrop Consolidated Treatment Facility <br /> 1. General Information <br /> The City of Lathrop's Consolidated Treatment Facility(CTF) treats and disposes domestic <br /> wastewater generated within the City of Lathrop. On February 5, 2015,the Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board approved a new Waste Discharge Requirements (WDRs) and Monitoring and <br /> Reporting Plan (MRP) (Order No. R5-2015-2006).This Well Head Protection Improvements Plan <br /> responds to the Order's requirement to provide a specific plan if well head improvements are <br /> needed to protect the well from future damage. <br /> 1.1. Purpose <br /> This Well Head Protection Improvements Plan outlines the steps to protect and maintain the <br /> integrity of the City of Lathrop's monitoring well network associated with the Consolidated <br /> Treatment Facility.Accessible monitoring wells were visited by HydroFocus, Inc. personnel <br /> between September and October, 2015. Some existing wells require improvements in order to <br /> provide protection for continued use. <br /> 2. Proposed Improvements <br /> Table 1 outlines the proposed improvements for well head protection. <br />
