Per our conversations <br /> over the phone, this well is not being used. Please contact Aldara Salinas, Environmental Health <br /> Specialist at (209) 616-3019 or asalinas@sjgov.org to provide further information about this well. If <br /> you decide to keep the well out of service, you may obtain an "Out of service well permit" from our <br /> office which is good for five years (please see attached permit application).
