The Permit Guidance previously provided may be
utilized to get an idea of the type of work that would require EHD to be on site.
Furthermore, you will be receiving an approval letter for the 409 sensor that was replaced on 9/5/2025 after it is
reviewed by my supervisor. In the letter you will see under "Required Inspections" it will state "Testing completed
on May 6, 2026" due to the replaced sensor being tested on the day of the Release Detection Equipment Test.
Lastly_, for the like for like PLLD replacement all that will need to be done is the following (Note: EDH will not be on
site)_
a) Provide at least 72-hour advance written notification to ust@sjgov.org for repairs and testing
b) The component(s) must be tested to verify functionality, in accordance with CCR Title 23
c) The following must be on-site for review by an inspector during the annual UST inspection:
1) Description of part(s) installed (parts list, cut sheets, etc.)
2) Proof of current ICC and manufacturer certifications for the individual performing the work
3) Proof that testing was conducted to verify functionality of the component after repair
Test results must be submitted to ust@sjgov.org within 30 days of the completion of the test
Hope this helps to clear things up, if not feel free to reach out
Maria lopez
Registered Environmental Health Specialist
1868 E.Hazelton Ave.
Stockton,CA 95205-6232
Main Office:(209)468-3420
Cell:(209)616-3064
NOTE:I am out of the office every other Friday
