Tracy Blvd., Tracy <br /> The following requirements have been identified as pertinent to this project, Other requirements may <br /> also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1, Submit sample plan prior to issuance of grading permit according to DTSC Information Advisory <br /> Clean Imported Fill Material Fact Sheet. A review fee of$468 is required at the time of submittal <br /> to EHD. <br /> A. Sample plan should include the sampling analysis and the fill documentation providing <br /> detailed information on the previous use of the land from where the fill was taken. <br /> B. All sampling and analyses should be completed prior to delivery to the site to ensure the soil <br /> is free of contamination. <br /> C. Once the sample plan is submitted, EHD will evaluate the location of each sample or the <br /> number of samples that are required. <br /> 2. Fill source area should be located in nonindustrial areas, and not from sites undergoing an <br /> environmental clean-up. <br /> a, Non industrial sites include but not limited to underdeveloped or solely used for <br /> residential or agricultural purposes. If the fill source is from agricultural area, it should not <br /> include agricultural waste process byproducts such as manure and not limited to other <br /> decomposed organic materials. <br /> Unacceptable sources of fill material include: <br /> b. Any industrial and/or commercial soil where hazardous materials were used, handled or <br /> stored. <br /> c. Any soil where petroleum hydrocarbons could have been spilled or leaked into the soil. <br /> 3. Contact Regional Water Quality Control Board Region 5, to verify that standards for screening <br /> levels are met. <br /> 1868 E.
