3. Exposed glass was observed along the inside and outside of the eastern fence line. Cover
glass with clean soil.
4. Burrow holes observed on site that need to be repaired. Burrow holes are located south of
the concrete and firewood pile, on the northern end of the property. Burrow holes also
observed on the outside of the eastern fence line. Repair burrow holes using clean soil.
5. Bait stations were observed on site. None of the bait stations observed on site had any bait
in them so they were unable to work as intended. Immediately add bait to the bait stations to
help mitigate the burrow holes observed on site.
6. A tree guard (chicken wire cylinder with plastic wrapped around it) was observed on site. It
appears to have been blown onto site from recent storm events. Tree guard needs to be
removed from site.
7. Vegetation on site was maintained to a minimum. Continue to maintain vegetation to a
minimum to prevent any fire hazards.
8. Site security was observed in good condition. No evidence of unauthorized access was
observed on site.
9. Concrete pieces observed on site west of the pump station. Orange rope-like material also
observed west of the pump station. Surface waste shall be taken to an appropriate disposal
facility and provide receipts of disposal to the LEA. Any buried waste that is exposed needs to
be covered with clean soil.
10. If owners or potential buyers are contemplating any Post Closure Land Uses (PCLUs) for
the site, please be advised that there are additional requirements pertaining thereto. Pursuant
to the PCLU provisions of T27CCR, Section 21190, the PCLU Plan shall be submitted to the
LEA, the Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB), local air district, and local land use
agency for review and approval prior to commencing any construction or pre-construction
activities for such PCLUs.
11. T27CCR, Section 21200 requires that CalRecycle and EHD are notified at least 45 days
prior to the sale or transfer of property.
Attachments
Barber Private Dump 2026 Q2 Photo log
Closed Disposal Site Inspection Report (188)
Barber Private Dump (39-CR-0018)
4/20/2026
CalRecycle Solid Waste Information System (SWIS)Page 2 of 2
Date Generated: May 5, 2026 8:03 AM
