Based on the certificate, I was able to close out violation #2 on the hazardous
waste inspection report. Regarding the manifests, it's a good start, but those both look like they're dated
from 2020. Have you found any documents related to hazardous waste that has been generated on site
since 2021?The hauler/transporter should have left either a disposal record (uniform hazardous waste
manifest, bill of lading, consolidated manifest) or even just a receipt for something like universal waste
(aerosols, lightbulbs, etc.) or large batteries. Have you determined how filters from the generator have
been removed and transported off site?
As of now, violations 6, 8, 10, 11, 38, and 51 are still open. I believe you also mentioned you could send
photos of the safety equipment that has been updated since the inspection.
Best,
Lynsey Sammons
Registered Environmental Health Specialist
Cell: (209) 616-3067
Office: (209)468-3420
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
1868 E.Hazelton Avenue,Stockton,CA.95205
www.sogov.org/ehd
7
