As of today,we have not yet received the Return to Compliance documentation related to <br /> these findings. <br /> Please provide an update on the status of the corrective actions and submit the required Return to Compliance. If <br /> additional time is needed, or if there are any questions regarding the cited violations,feel free to contact me so <br /> we can discuss next steps. <br /> E-mail a copy of the CL-21 letter with your response by May 30, 2026. <br /> 1 will be out of the office for an extended period starting Wednesday. When submitting your RTC, please include <br /> RTC@sjgov.org_on the email. In addition, I've included the APSA supervisor, Haza Saeed, HMBP supervisor, Mike <br /> Suszycki, and HW supervisor,John Alaniz to assist you should you have any questions. <br /> As a reminder, all EHD staff time associated with following up with the fail to comply is billed at the current <br /> hourly rate ($179).
