'Visual Inspection findings: A visual inspection of the tank and its affiliated
pumps, piping and ancillary equipment did not reveal signs of leaks, corrosion,
Iveld cracks or breaks, or scrapes in protective coating which may cause a
release from the tank system. A description of all discrepancies noted during the
visual inspection is included with this report. A bubble test was
performed on all tank seams and connections with no indication of
leakage and good pressure retention. The secondary containment
space was completely empty.
Integrity testing findings: Based on the above noted integrity test and the results
Ibtained from that test, the tank has sufficient integrity for its intended use.
nitials: K3
Tank Drawing: 191(g)(2)(E)/l 92(k)(2)(E))
Tank and fittings: See Attachment "E"
Tank Dimensions (primary storage):
5-0" wide x 2'-8"deep
Stockton Honda 5 Title 22 Waste Oil Assessment
