1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br /> 1.1 Description of Site: The project consists of one parcel totaling 10± acres. The project is in a <br /> rural residential community. The address is 262 N. Hewitt Road, Linden, California 95236 and <br /> it is zoned R-R. The Assessor's Parcel Number is 093-030-47. <br /> Description of proposed development: The purpose of this project is to create one 2 acre <br /> parcel, one 2.05 acre parcel, one 2.06 acre parcel, and one 4.18 acre parcel from the existing 10± <br /> acre parcel. <br /> 1.2 Parcel vicinity location map: (See Appendix). <br /> 1.3 Site map: (See Appendix). <br /> 2.0 PAST, PRESENT, AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: <br /> 2.1 Discussion of Past, Present uses at the site to assess potential problems: The present <br /> owner, Mr. and Mrs. Diemunsch, have owned subject property for over 10 years. The past and <br /> presents uses of the property has been for residential and agricultural purposes. The future use of <br /> Parcel 3 will be for residential purposes. Parcel 1, 2, and 4 will continue to be used for <br /> agricultural purposes until development is proposed. <br /> 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE SECTION: <br /> 3.1 Description of Existing on-site septic tank usage: There are currently two septic systems <br /> on proposed Parcel 3. Both systems consist of septic tanks, leach lines and seepage pits. (See <br /> Appenix) <br /> 3.2 Site Septic Permit History: Research on-site septic permits revealed one permit for this <br /> parcel. The permit showed both septic systems in the sketch. (See Appendix) <br /> 3.3 Discussion of On-site Repair History: There is no record of on-site septic repair. <br /> (See Appendix) <br /> 3.4 Description of Existing Septic Tank Usage in the General Area: Septic systems in the <br /> general area consists of what seam to be standard systems consisting of leach lines and seepage <br /> pits. <br /> 3.5 General area septic permit history (number/types/dates of permits, age of system, <br /> permit numbers, copies in report): In searching permits for septic systems in San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department records, the septic systems in this general area range <br /> in installation dates from 1962 to 2022. (Copies of permits are in index.) <br /> 3.6 Discussion of general area septic tank repair history: Repair history of the septic tanks in <br /> this area reveal that the leach lines and seepage pits have resulted in consistent unerring <br /> performance.
