Liquid waste can be seen near the top of <br /> the cleanout along with toilet paper. Cleanout lid is not in place. Immediately have qualified professional pump and <br /> clean the affected areas. Contract plumber to inspect the system and make the necessary repairs under permit to <br /> revent surfacing sewage.
