Litter at the facility was maintained. Small amount of litter observed at the transfer truck <br /> loading area. <br /> 3. No dust was observed on-site. Misters at the transfer station were off during inspection. <br /> 4. Fly population on-site was low. Fly population concentrated to the transfer station area of <br /> the site. Odor for the site was low in the parking lot and low-moderate at the transfer station. <br /> 5. Vegetation on-site was maintained and did not pose a fire hazard. Operator is to keep <br /> vegetation on-site maintained so as to not pose a fire hazard. <br /> 6. Site security was in good condition. No tracking of debris or dirt out of the facility was <br /> observed. <br /> 7. All employees were observed donning the proper PPE. <br /> 8.
