Transfer/Processing Facility Inspection Report (53) <br /> Central Valley Waste Services (39-AA-0017) <br /> 6/29/2026 <br /> 1. Operator is to notify the LEA, within 24 hours, of the occurrence of an onsite fire. <br /> Inspection Report Comments <br /> 1. Records for the facility were reviewed on site. Records reviewed on site were MRF load <br /> and floor checks, Green Waste load and floor checks, Transfer Station load and floor checks, <br /> Daily Inbound/Outbound logs, and the special occurrence log. The Special Occurrence log <br /> was up to date. The Daily Inbound and Outbound logs show that the facility is operating within <br /> their tonnage and vehicle limits. <br /> 2. No dust was observed on site and the misters at the transfer station were observed on <br /> during the inspection. <br /> 3. Fly population on site was low. No flies were observed on site up until reaching the transfer <br /> station. Fly population was low at the transfer station. No vectors observed on site. <br /> 4.Odor on the site was also very low around the site and moderate at the transfer station. No <br /> odor was noted going off site. <br /> 5. No tracking was observed at the site exits. <br /> 6. Vegetation on site is maintained and is not a fire hazard. <br /> 7. Site security was in good condition. <br /> 8. All employees on site were observed wearing the proper PPEs. <br /> 9.
