Records received by email. Records include tonnage, vehicle count, special occurrence, <br /> sampling results and temperature logs. <br /> 5. Litter was not observed on neighboring properties. <br /> 6. The following temperatures were measured during the inspection: <br /> - Raw green waste ranged from 100°F to 106°F <br /> - Ground green waste was 122°F <br /> - Windrows ranged from 158°F to 166°F <br /> - Finished compost was 156°F <br /> - Finished product ranged from 142°F to 150°F <br /> - Biosoil was 108°F <br /> - Overs were 162°F <br /> 7. Fire lanes were clear. <br /> 8. The weather during the inspection was sunny and the temperature was 78°F with a <br /> southeastern wind of 3 mph. <br /> 9.
